What are the shipping charges?

Standard Delivery is FREE and typically takes 4–8 business days.
Express Shipping is available and generally arrives within 3–5 business days.

How do I place an order?

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes! Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email containing a summary of your order, along with your shipping and billing details.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Spam, Promotions, Social, or All Mail folders under the sender name "Comfy Sleepers." Still can’t find it? No worries — just email us at support@comfysleepers.com, and we’ll resend the confirmation to your email address.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 12–24 hours for processing. Our fulfillment team will pack and ship your items as quickly as possible. After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
